About the Trust

The Trust was established in 2006 in response to local concern about the shortage of affordable housing in rural Dumfries and Galloway and the fact that many people on local incomes have been unable to afford suitable housing within their own communities.

The Board of Trustees comprises representatives of partner organisations and communities across the region:
